Do you also ship abroad?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide with PARCEL TRACKING.

 

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

Delivery costs are Offend For all orders above 35 euros in mainland France.

For other countries the costs vary depending on the destination.

 

What are the preparation and shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery period in France: 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery period in Europe (excluding France): 3 to 6 days.

How can I check the condition of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from which your item will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the advancement of delivery on our website in the "Follow my order" tab using your email address and your order number.

 

HOW TO ORDER ?

Simply choose your items and click the "Add to the basket" button, start again for each item, then go to your basket and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare it and send you an order confirmation email.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

I still haven't received my order, what to do?

Have you received the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 2 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and return to you in 48 hours.

 

I ordered several items and I received only part of my order, is that normal?

Yes, it's totally normal. To reduce your expectations as much as possible, we ship all the items separately as soon as they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the coming days.

 

I received a damaged/defective article, what to do?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us by explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

 

I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product to us which would not give you complete satisfaction. Only objects in their original packaging will be refunded.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it by email and return your articles to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before referral).

The referral is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility. Upon receipt of the return, we will make the initial reimbursement of the order excluding shipping costs.

What are the conditions to benefit from the "satisfied or reimbursed" guarantee?

You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "satisfied or refunded" warranty, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must we be returned to its original condition and packaging.

 

In what cases I will not be able to be reimbursed?

  1. If the product has been used and is therefore not resell as it is.
  2. If the shipment did not reach destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
  3. If the return process has not been respected.
